"We are a Family"

Congregation Sinai is an intimate, vibrant and inclusive Reform congregation. Our congregational family is made up of people who have grown up with Judaism, people who have come to Judaism as adults, and those that are not Jewish but who love, partner and support members of their family who are Jewish. Our inclusive spirit gives us the opportunity to welcome individuals and families from different backgrounds who help us create a diverse community in which we all can learn and grow together. This includes individuals and families of all ages and nationalities, interfaith families and LGBTQ+ Jews.

Our smaller size allows people to get to know each other and our clergy in significant and meaningful ways, and to feel part of an extended family. For each individual congregant, Sinai is where spiritual needs are met, families are supported, the bereaved are comforted, and learning is a lifelong journey.

We see the relevance of Torah today and make it a living legacy through our focus on social action and service to the community. It should come as no surprise that Congregation Sinai is home to many of the leaders in our community. We instill these values in our youth so that the work may continue from generation to generation.

We welcome you to explore Congregation Sinai and add your story to our story.
