Welcome

Rabbi David Cohen, Cantor Lauren Phillips and the members and staff of Congregation Sinai welcome you to our Reform congregation in Fox Point, a suburb just north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We value diversity, spirituality, Jewish education and social responsibility, as well as a love of tradition and a passion for innovation.

Please join us for worship, learning and community.

Sinai @ 60 Brick Campaign

brick phase 2 schematic

A sincere thanks to the families who contributed to our Sinai @ 60 Brick Campaign during Phase I. To date, almost 95 bricks have been donated!

After the Phase I campaign, the committee learned that our original patio location for the bricks was cost prohibitive and would disturb the look and feel of our outdoor worship space. Since then, we searched for the best location for our engraved bricks on the Sinai grounds.

We are thrilled to share our final design and location selection. The meditative space you see above will create a peaceful environment to dedicate time for contemplation and reflection. It will be located north of the patio near the edge of the grounds along the “creek” and among the trees. It will consist of newly planted shrubs, greenery, benches and a custom built patio made up of the engraved bricks. These bricks will form an enduring, personalized connection with our entire Sinai community. This project gives our community an opportunity to honor, to remember, to show gratitude for those who we love and hold dear as we celebrate Sinai’s 60th anniversary.

We just need over 110 bricks to complete this year’s campaign and we’re close to reaching our goal. Let’s work to exceed this year’s goal as our new space is designed to grow with ongoing and future donations.
