Laura began her career in education as a pre-school teacher. She taught for Kohl’s Corporate Headquarters, Jewish Family Services and the Jewish Community Center. She transitioned to the food industry working in prep and serve for a charter school. Prior to joining the Sinai staff, Laura worked in the Sendik’s Deli and Commissary for 5 years.

She is blessed by her wonderful husband Lee and four children.  Her pride and joy are her two grand-children Alea and Nora.  Laura enjoys gardening, crafting, late 18^th and early 19^th century history and collecting kitchen antiques. She is passionate about decorating, entertaining and serving great food.  Laura is excited to be part of the Sinai community – be sure to say hello!
